The Havering CTC group was founded in 1968 and have been cycling the Lanes and Byways of Essex, Kent and Hertfordshire  ever since. We are a non-racing group so the pace is not fast and nobody gets left behind.

We meet in all weathers outside Roomes (Home & Fashion) Store, Station Road, Upminster  on a Sunday morning for rides into the countryside. 

We try to offer rides to suit everyone.

Our Softees Ride meet at 09.45 for a 10.00 on alternate Sundays, these rides are for cyclists who perfer a slower pace and are ideal for new riders.

There are longer rides every other Sunday that meet at 09.15 for a 09.30 start. Some of these rides are planned to be a Stepping Stone for riders that find the Softees Rides too easy once they get fitter.    

All ages are welcome but please note under 16 years olds must be accompained by a parent or guardian.
